OurCoin Results-Based Rewards Program

The first set of Beta Projects comes from the minds of OurCoin's creators.  They will be shared with the community before the token launch. We will schedule a release date and outline each project.  After the review period, we will hold a live poll to select the top three projects.  After the top three projects are chosen we will schedule a Q&A session for each project to cover project details and concerns from our community.  These troubleshooting sessions with the community will help identify areas we need to develop or concerns we need to alleviate.  Depending on community engagement we may choose to launch one, two, or all three of the top-voted projects.  The completion of beta testing will be a successful addition to the rewards balance from a real-world project.   This is the mechanism in which the community shares in the rewards.  With "Results-Based Rewards" as projects succeed in the real world our community gets to share in the success of the project.

Here is where the rubber meets the road and our community-selected projects start working to achieve their funding milestones.  Like a roadmap to success, the project will share progress with the community as they develop and conquer their unique funding milestones.  As projects fulfill their milestones its the communities job to verify the completion.  The community will review and give their vote to unlock the next level of funding.  With "Results Based Funding" the upfront cost is covered by the project and reimbursed by the community on completion.  Similar to how pre-paid credit works.  This style of funding allows our entrepreneurs the confidence to keep completing milestones which keeps them and the projects moving forward.  This also helps to limit exposure to any one project.

As community projects bring products and services to the market they will be rewarded for their hard work and creativity.  This is also where the community gets rewarded.  As we help to facilitate new and exciting ideas we also get rewarded.  Each project will pledge a percentage of profit to give back to the community.  These rewards are locked into the life of each project.  As our amazing entrepreneur's vision wouldn't be realized through common practices it's their pleasure to reward the community that facilitated the realization of their dreams and aspirations.   This symbiotic relationship of actions and rewards is the food and water for a lasting relationship.  It's time we break the mold of what has become a broken traditional model and get back to the ingenuity of the American spirit.
